We will be conducting maintenance across some of our servers on September 28, 2011. The maintenance will begin around 2 am eastern time and will last approximately two hours. During this time, clients may experience slower download times or brief outages for services. This is to be expected and services will resume as normal once the maintenance has been completed.
We are currently adding new updates to the Twitter API found within the Content Management Systems of some clients. This update will provide new functionality and options as well as meet the current API guidelines for Twitter.
Most of our e-commerce clients currently use shopsite version 10 as their e-commerce backend. A newer release, shopsite 10 sp2 has been recently released with new updates. Clients are being migrated to this newer version as part of our continual maintenance to make sure our client have the latest and greatest.
Shopsite 10 sp2 adds several new features and improves upon several older ones. Right off the bat, users of Shopsite 10 sp2 will notice a completely new User Interface (UI). This new UI is cleaner, easier to use and provides a new dashboard overview allowing you to see the status of your store, orders, feeds, reports and marketing.

All clients that can be upgraded to this new version are being upgraded over the coming weeks for free. If you would like an expedited upgrade, please contact us. Please note that expedited upgrades may incur a small fee.
Maintenance to webmail has been completed and all services are functioning correctly.
We are currently performing maintenance to the webmail backend. This will not affect mail delivery nor the ability to send or receive email using an email client or mobile device. During this time, however, webmail will not be available. We expect webmail to be back online around 5-6pm today.
